岗位职责：
1、Plan and draw up a production schedule of medical device products。
计划和制定医疗器械产品生产计划。
2、Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate。
决定并订购所需的资源，并确保库存水平保持充足。
3、Select and make decisions about equipment。
选择和决定生产设备。
4、Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed。
监控生产过程并根据需要调整时间表。
5、Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs。
监控生产率和产品标准并实施质量控制计划。
6、Liaise with different departments, teams and companies, e.g. suppliers, managers, clients。
与不同的部门、团队和公司联络，例如供应商、经理、客户。
7、Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met。
确保按时、按预算完成客户订单，并满足质量标准和目标。
8、Work with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals。

9、Collate and analyze performance data of manufacturing against defined parameters。
